The Company:
A dual site GP practice with a great reputation in the community. Part of a primary care provider serves patients across Hampshire, providing telephone clinical assessment, out of hours home visiting services and some face to face primary care appointments.

Requirements:
- Non-medical prescriber
- Excellent knowledge and experience in the assessment and management of minor injury and illness presentations.
- Experience working in a primary care GP practice.
- Experience in an urgent care setting such as an urgent treatment centre
