They are looking to hire a Property Manager as follows:

* Working 3 days home based, 2 days in the office

* Managing a portfolio of local leasehold blocks

* Dealing with service charge budgets, insurance matters, major works and resident liaison

* 1-2 years block management experience essential

* Professional qualifications desirable but can be supported in post

* Excellent support and training with a structured career path
