Job Title: Safeguarding & Wellbeing Team Leader

Location: Leyland

Working Pattern: Full-time

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: £200 per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as first response to safeguarding and wellbeing concerns

• Triage digital referrals and allocate cases appropriately

• Lead and support the safeguarding & wellbeing team

• Work with external agencies and attend multi-agency meetings

• Support LAC and vulnerable learners through transition and progression

• Maintain accurate records and produce reports

• Deliver safeguarding awareness sessions and support staff training

• Deputise for the Safeguarding Manager and act as DSL when required
