As part of the HR team, the work you do every day will directly help frontline staff deliver life-changing support.What You’ll Be Doing
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support across the full employee lifecycle
  • Managing the HR inbox and handling queries with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and compliance checks
  • Working closely with managers and staff to ensure smooth HR processes
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous HR Administration experience, or strong admin skills with some HR exposure
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • A confident communicator with a professional and supportive approach
  • Someone who thrives in a caring, values-driven environment
  • Ability to start quickly
