We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our dedicated team in a residential care home. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, supporting them with daily living tasks and promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

5 YEARS UK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

This is a full-time position with a shift-based rota, including early, late, and weekend shifts.

Provide personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, and grooming in line with residents' care plans

Support residents with mobility and transfers, including safe use of moving and handling equipment

*

Assist with mealtimes including preparing, serving, and feeding where required

*

Deliver companionship and emotional support to residents

*

Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being and promptly report changes

*

Keep accurate and up-to-date care records

*

Assist with light cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe environment

*

Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and confidentiality policies and procedures

*

Work closely with team members and senior staff to ensure the smooth running of the care home
