Private Client / Probate Solicitor
Location: Harrow
Salary: From £35,000+ DOE
PQE: Minimum 1 year - will consider NQ with strong prior Private Client experience

Premier Recruitment Group is proud to be partnering with a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Harrow, who are looking to appoint a Private Client / Probate Solicitor to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and personable solicitor with at least 1 year's PQE. The firm is also open to considering newly qualified solicitors who can demonstrate significant prior experience in Private Client law as a paralegal or caseworker.

Key Responsibilities:

Advising clients on Wills, Inheritance Tax planning, and Trusts
Handling the Administration of Estates and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
Working on Court of Protection matters
Supporting the firm's business development initiatives and engaging with an extensive client base, including access to a large wills bank

You'll be working under the supervision of an experienced Solicitor, offering the ideal environment for professional growth. This is a full-time, office-based role with working hours of 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year PQE in Private Client / Probate, or newly qualified with solid prior experience as a paralegal or caseworker
Genuine interest in Wills, Estate Administration, Trusts and associated areas
Proactive attitude and excellent client relationship skills
Commercial awareness and a collaborative mindset
