We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Person to join our team in Henley-in-Arden. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong customer relationships, and is driven to meet sales targets. The position begins as a 3-month temporary contract, with potential for extension based on performance and business needs.

• Proactively engage with new and existing customers to promote products and services
• Manage inbound and outbound sales activities, including calls, emails, and onsite appointments
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Accurately process orders and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system
• Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Represent the business professionally at all times while working onsite

• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident, personable, and motivated by achieving results
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working onsite full-time, Monday to Friday
