The Ideal Candidate

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or proven experience teaching English

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire students

Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit a range of learning needs

Commitment to creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment

Passion for developing students' appreciation of literature and language

Excellent organisational and classroom management skills
