Great Dunmow | Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
£14.87-£16.92 per hour (£29,000-£33,000 equivalent)

A growing and well-established company in the Great Dunmow area is seeking a Payroll and Finance Administrator to support their busy finance department. This role starts on a temporary basis and will go permanent after successful probation period, offering an immediate start and competitive hourly pay.

Key Responsibilities for this Payroll and Finance Administrator:

Process payroll for approximately 130 employees
Assist with pension enrolments, statutory payments, and HMRC submissions
Maintain accurate employee records, including starters and leavers
Handle purchase and sales invoices, staff expenses, and payment runs
Reconcile bank transactions and support the maintenance of control accountsSkills and Experience required:

Proven experience in payroll and general finance administration
Solid understanding of Sage 50 Accounts (experience with Sage Payroll is an advantage)
Good Excel skills and confident with bookkeeping tasks
High attention to detail and strong organisational and communication skillsWhy Join?
