Involve Recruitment seeking a hands-on Solar Supervisor to join an established construction contractor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in solar PV to step into a leadership role with real long-term progression.

This role has potential to progress into solar lead and will also fund any required qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise the day-to-day running of solar PV installation sites

* Lead and manage installation teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently

* Ensure all work meets industry standards and H&S regulations

* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

* Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and progress reporting

* Support training and development of junior team members

* Troubleshoot technical issues on-site when required

Requirements:

* Proven experience with solar PV installations (roof and/or ground-mounted)

* Previous team leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)

* Strong knowledge of H&S and electrical standards

* Full UK driving licence

* CSCS required

* SSSTS (preferred)
