SEN Teaching Assistant - Full Time

Location: EalingHours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PMSalary: Based on experience

We are seeking an experienced and caring SEN or SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) Teaching Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. The having a background in either Music or PE would be a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with SEN or SEMH needs in both individual and group settings.
• Assist with the delivery of lessons and ensure the effective engagement of students.
• Provide emotional and academic support to help students overcome barriers to learning.
• Work alongside teachers and other staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for all students.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with SEN and/or SEMH students.
• Caring, patient, and able to build strong relationships with students.
• Looking for a long-term position with the desire to make a positive impact on students’ lives.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
