We are currently recruiting a skilled Electrician to join a growing team covering Newry and South Down, specialising in response maintenance, electrical testing, and inspection within public sector and social housing environments.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical testing and inspection (EICR) and PAT testing
• Deliver response maintenance across occupied and void properties
• Work across domestic and commercial environments
• Complete planned and cyclical maintenance
• Ensure all work is carried out to high industry and company standards
• Maintain compliance with data protection policies
• Travel across Ireland as required

Essential Criteria

• Fully qualified Electrician
• 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Testing & Inspection #removed# / 2395)
• Minimum 3 years' post-apprenticeship experience
• Valid CSR Card or formal Health & Safety training
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Experience within construction or the Plumbing and Heating industry.

Desirable

• Sparks Safe Card

Key Attributes

• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• Comfortable in a hands on, reactive maintenance environment
• Flexible approach, including overtime and weekend work

Additional Information

• Work is primarily within occupied social housing and public sector properties
• A successful Access NI check is required as part of onboarding
