Commercial Property Solicitor

In this role. you'll take a leading role in managing a diverse caseload, supporting junior team members, and delivering top-tier service to clients ranging from developers to landlords and tenants. You'll use modern legal systems within a supportive and professional environment that places strong emphasis on client care and teamwork.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and assignments
• Acting on behalf of both landlords and tenants, including under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
• Advising developers on site acquisitions, overage agreements, and setting up sites for sale
• Contributing to planning-related matters (experience helpful but not essential)
• Mentoring junior team members and supporting their development through practical supervision and encouragement

We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with 8+PQE
• Comfortable working independently and handling a varied caseload
• Confident in mentoring and supervising junior staff
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Experience with development work and planning issues is desirable but not essential
