Academics Ltd is working with a fantastic specialist school in Folkestone that supports pupils with a wide range of complex needs, including SEMH, SLD, MLD and PMLD. They are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Learning Support Assistant (LSA) who is eager to help pupils access learning, build confidence and develop essential life skills.

As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will:

Support children with varied learning, behavioural and communication needs

Assist with differentiated activities that match each pupil's ability and learning style

Provide calm, consistent support to improve emotional regulation and engagement

Offer 1:1 or small-group assistance where additional support is needed

Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and support staff
