Our Client wishes to recruit a qualified Team Leader to manage projects such as window programs, door installations, kitchens & bathrooms refurbs within citywide domestic and occasionally commercial properties. Managing health and safety, quality performance etc supported by Senior Team Leaders.

Start date is ASAP

Pay rate £17.50 per hour       

Successful candidates will hold :- 

Minimum requirement of SSSTS or SMSTS

An understanding of building regulations

A understanding of construction industry practices

Experience of writing reports

Experience of managing a team

Full UK driving licence 

Experience in running contracts

Asbestos awareness

Health and safety awareness
