Our client is looking for a skilled and reliable Bricklayer and Multi-Trader to join their team for a range of renovation projects across Oldham. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of tasks including Joinery, Plumbing, Plastering, and Painting, helping to transform properties to a high standard.

Position: Multi-Trader
Location: Oldham and surrounding areas
Duration: 2 Years (Ongoing Work)
Pay: £160 per day (negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

* Undertaking various renovation tasks including joinery, plumbing, plastering, and painting.

* Ensuring work is completed to high standards in a timely and efficient manner.

* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment on site.

* Working closely with other tradespeople to ensure project deadlines are met.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Multi-Trader with a strong background in multiple trades.

* A valid CSCS Blue Card is essential.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Own tools and transport preferred.

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
