*** 1:1 support for a Year 9 student with Autism
 
The Role
You'll be working directly with a Year 9 student who has Autism, supporting them in lessons and around the school day. You'll help break down instructions, manage sensory needs, and keep learning accessible and engaging. You'll also liaise with teaching staff and the SENCo to make sure the right strategies are in place.

This is a stable, consistent role where you'll build a strong working relationship with the pupil and make a measurable impact on their progress.
 
The Candidate
You're a graduate with a calm, compassionate approach and a genuine interest in supporting young people with additional needs. You might have experience through tutoring, mentoring, volunteering or care work. You're observant, resilient and reliable - someone who can show up and make a difference every day.

You'll need excellent communication skills and the ability to follow guidance while using your initiative when needed.
