In this key role, you will work alongside the Principal to drive school improvement, lead curriculum development, and inspire staff and students to achieve their best. Committed to fostering a culture of ambition, respect, and achievement, you will ensure a safe, inclusive environment while building strong partnerships with the whole school community.

• Proven leadership experience in education, ideally as an Assistant or Deputy Head.
• A clear vision for raising standards and driving school improvement.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead teams with empathy and authority.
• Commitment to inclusivity, safeguarding, and student wellbeing.
