Warehouse Operative – Crick, Northamptonshire

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Crick, Northamptonshire.

The ideal candidate must be available to attend a registration in Rugby.

Shifts:

• Working 5 days out of 7
• 07:00 – 15:00 | £13.35 per hour basic | £17.13 per hour overtime after 37.5 hours
• 15:00 – 23:00 | £15.00 per hour basic | £18.78 per hour overtime after 37.5 hours
• 23:00 – 07:00 | £15.55 per hour basic | £19.33 per hour overtime after 37.5 hours

Weekly Pay

Please refer to the list below of what you can earn based on 37.5 hours a week 

• 7.00am - 3.00pm UPTO £500 
• 3.00pm - 11.99pm UPTO £562
• 11.00pm - 7.00am UPTO £583

How to access the site from Daventry 

• Car: 10-20 minutes 
• Public Transport: 30-40 minutes 
• Bike: upto 1 hour

Day-to-Day Duties:

• Carrying out general warehouse duties
• Picking and packing stock accurately and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely
• Processing and preparing orders for dispatch
• Scanning and labelling items correctly
• Handling returns and maintaining stock accuracy
• Following all health and safety guidelines at all times

Essential Skills:

• Basic level of spoken and written English
• Reliable, punctual, and hard working
• Good communication skills
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Experience:

• Previous warehouse experience in picking, packing, or logistics
• Experience using hand-held scanners or similar warehouse technology

Training:

• Full training provided with ongoing support throughout your assignment
