Working for a retro-fit specialist who are doing an External Wall Insulation project in Christchurch and need a competent Site Manager to assist with holding contractors accountable, monitoring and enforcing H&S (PPE etc), keeping site clean and tidy and talking to the residents on site, who are all elderly and need someone to talk to and keep them in the loop regarding work and any issues etc..

Overseeing a small team who in turn have a Supervisor in place, you will assist in the smooth running of the project.
