Salary: £34000-£42000 (dependent on experience)

I am seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join a well-established RIBA Chartered practice based in Chelmsford. With a strong reputation for delivering innovative, sustainable, and high-quality design solutions, this collaborative and forward-thinking team works across a range of sectors including residential, retail and healthcare.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and design-led Architect to take a key role in leading projects from concept through to completion, contributing to the continued success and growth of the practice.

Key Requirements and Responsibilities:

ARB-registered Architect with significant post-qualification experience in a UK-based practice
Proven track record of leading residential projects through all RIBA stages
Strong design and technical skills with the ability to manage and mentor junior staff
Skilled in producing high-quality presentation and technical drawings
Excellent understanding of UK building regulations and planning policy
Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit experience beneficial)
A team player with excellent communication and leadership skills
Able to work independently and confidently manage client relationships
Ambitious, proactive, and looking to take the next step in your architectural career
