Our client is a property maintenance company working in the private rental sector. Due to successful growth, they are now seeking a multi skilled Roofer to join their busy team. As a multi skilled Roofer, the successful candidate will be required to be confident in other trades such as basic plumbing, Joinery etc. in and around residential properties as well as roofing.

Experience:

* Proven experience as a Roofer or similar role

* Proficient in using power tools, hand tools, and equipment related to roofing

* Knowledge of different roofing materials and their installation techniques

* Familiarity with masonry work for chimney repairs or flashing installation

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

* Property maintenance experience

Requirements:

* Roofing: 6 years (preferred)

* Valid driver's license

* Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions

* Willingness to follow safety guidelines and procedures

* Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
