What You'll Do?
Operate, monitor, and optimise production line machinery — including robotic and automated systems
Carry out routine maintenance and basic fault-finding to minimise downtime
Work closely with your team to hit production targets while maintaining exceptional quality
Follow health & safety procedures and keep your work area clean and organised
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment
Knowledge of automated or robotic systems (preferred but not essential)
Strong technical mindset and problem-solving skills
A collaborative team player with pride in quality and consistency
Comfortable with a 4-on, 4-off rotating shift pattern (days and nights)
