Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:

Supporting students in lessons across a range of subjects
Delivering 1:1 and small-group interventions

Helping students overcome barriers to learning

A Qualifying Candidate will hold:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to motivate and encourage young people
Previous school or youth-work experience is desirable
