Wise Employment are recruiting for a dedicated and hardworking Caretaker / Cleaner to join a fantastic company in the Teign region in Devon on a temporary basis to start as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity is working 37 hours a week, where you will be earning £12.60 per hour. As a Caretaker you will also receive some fantastic benefits such as:

As a Caretaker/ Cleaner you will be responsible for:

Cleaning communal areas, including stairwells, corridors, and facilities, using appropriate equipment and materials.
Carrying out litter-picking, sweeping, and general caretaking duties.
Maintaining small shrub beds and remove weeds using hand tools.
Safely storing and use cleaning products and equipment in line with Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
Completing routine compliance and vehicle checks, and log feedback from residents.
Engaging with residents and the public in a courteous and professional manner.
What we're looking for:

A self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic.
Someone who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of keeping spaces clean and safe.
A basic understanding of health and safety regulations (training provided).
Full driving licence required.
