Overview:
We are seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a short-term contract role on an industrial refurbishment project in Paddock Wood. The role involves supporting the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring health & safety compliance, and coordinating trades on site.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with managing subcontractors and daily site activity

Monitor progress and report to the Site Manager

*

Ensure site is maintained to high H&S standards

*

Support in quality assurance and snagging

*

Help coordinate deliveries and site logistics

Requirements:

*

Previous experience on industrial or refurbishment projects

*

SMSTS or SSSTS

*

CSCS Card

*

First Aid (preferred)

*

Strong organisational and communication skills
