Recruitment Consultant Opportunity - Manchester Office (Education or Sales Background Preferred)

What you'll be doing:

Working closely with schools to understand their staffing needs

Sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates for teaching and support roles

Creating CV profiles and marketing candidates to schools across Greater Manchester

Building lasting relationships with clients and candidates

Working to clear targets - with commission earned from day one

What we're looking for:

Experience in education, sales, or similar people-focused roles

Confident communicators who thrive in fast-paced environments

Highly motivated individuals with strong time management skills

People who want to build a career and aren't afraid of hard work

Recruitment experience is welcome but not essential - we'll train you

What we offer:

£28,000-£30,000 starting salary

Realistic first-year earnings of £35,000-£42,000 through commission

Commission from your first day - no threshold

35 days annual leave + 4.5-hour working days during school holidays
