We are recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy food manufacturing environment, with roles available across both Light Duties and Heavy Duties. This position operates on a weekly rotating shift pattern, offering variety and consistent hours:

• Week 1: 7:00am - 3:00pm
• Week 2: 3:00pm - 11:00pm

Workers are booked daily by the client, with strong potential for the role to develop into a permanent full‑time position for those who demonstrate reliability, good performance, and consistent attendance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bottling and labelling fresh juice products
• Packing finished goods into crates
• Carrying out basic quality checks
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene on the production line
• Supporting general light production tasks as required

Suitable for candidates comfortable with regular manual handling and heavier tasks.

• Lifting and moving crates of fresh fruit and product containers
• Feeding raw materials into production machinery
• Loading and unloading pallets and assisting with deliveries
