Location: Aseptic Unit, Thorncliffe Park, Sheffield, S35 2PWContract: PermanentWorking Hours: Sun-Thurs 14:00-22:00, 37.5 hours a week.

Working as part of the Production team, we have an exciting opportunity for a Production Porter to join our team. You will be responsible for the replenishment of materials to allow us to meet production needs.

We are recruiting for a Production Porter on our Sun-Thurs 14:00-22:00 shift. You will be required to work all bank holidays except for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

Here is what you can expect to be doing:

• Working following Standard Operating Procedures at all times
• Directly responsible for collecting, de-carding, wiping in & replenishment of materials to support the efficient running of production
• Accountable for ensuring all production materials are prepared for the production team
• Management of production stock control (including sundries, garments, cleaning materials etc.) This will involve dealing with the following:
  • • Storage of these items
    • Stock Rotation
    • Checking stock levels
    • Identifying and recording stock requiring consumption or ordering and rectifying any discrepancies
    • Being the first contact for any stock issues in the production unit and escalating where necessary.
• Ordering Quality Control materials such as contact & settle plates through the SAP system
• Waste segregation and disposal
