Make a difference where it matters most.
This is not just another leasehold management role. It's an opportunity to join a progressive, people-first housing organisation known for doing things differently. From award-winning community projects to their genuine commitment to resident empowerment, this organisation is shaping the future of social housing—one leaseholder at a time.

They're small enough to be personal and agile, but big enough to make a serious impact across London. With modern offices in the heart of the city, flexible hybrid working, and a warm, collaborative team culture, this is a place where your voice is heard, your expertise is respected, and your ideas genuinely make a difference.

What's the role? As a Homeownership Officer, you'll take full ownership of a leasehold and shared ownership patch—handling everything from daily queries to S20 consultation and major works. You'll be the go-to contact for your residents, making sure they get clear communication, timely responses, and the kind of service that builds trust.
Expect variety: from service charge queries to lease extensions, from Right to Acquire cases to working with Asset teams on major works. You'll play a vital role in upholding the lease, protecting income, and maintaining strong resident relationships.

What makes this different?
You won't be siloed. You'll work cross-departmentally with Repairs, Income, Assets, Legal and Development to resolve issues collaboratively.
You'll be trusted to lead. You'll own your patch and be empowered to make decisions that improve outcomes for residents.
You'll grow with the role. Whether it's policy development, tribunal prep or new schemes—there's room to expand your expertise and make your mark. You'll need to bring:
At least 3 years' experience in a customer-facing leasehold role
Strong knowledge of leasehold legislation, particularly S20 and S20B
Experience managing mixed tenure and Section 106 schemes
Confidence verifying and calculating service charges and major works
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to resolving complex issues
Excellent communication skills—written, verbal and numerate
A genuine passion for delivering a top-quality service to homeownersCIH or ARMA accreditation and a relevant degree are a bonus—but your experience and attitude will carry just as much weight.
