This role focuses on defining data requirements, assessing AI products, and evaluating the business value of new and existing tools.

• Develop KPIs to measure performance and track success across products.

• Build a metrics framework to evaluate cost savings, risk reduction, revenue impact, and overall value of new initiatives.

• Review existing products and determine whether they remain fit for purpose.

• Identify new opportunities for AI or digital solutions.

• Produce clear documentation to support decision-making and governance.

• Experience evaluating AI solutions as well as standard business products.

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on business value, performance metrics, and product assessment.
