About the Role

As a Supply Teacher, you will:

Deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stage 3, or Key Stage 4

Follow pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure continuity of learning

Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and school policies

Maintain strong classroom management and uphold school behaviour standards

Support pupils of varying abilities, including those with SEN

Mark and assess work where required

Provide clear handover feedback to permanent staff

Assignments may include:

Day-to-day cover

Short-term sickness cover

PPA cover

Long-term placements

Temp-to-perm opportunities

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised qualification

Recent experience teaching in UK schools

Strong behaviour management skills

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A flexible and professional attitude

Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

A genuine passion for education and supporting pupil progress

Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply.
