Ideal Teacher Candidate Will Have:

UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
A strong command of the subject area and up-to-date curriculum knowledge
Ability to plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons across KS3-KS5
A genuine passion for education and student development
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
Right to work in the UK and suitable references for safeguarding
