#BelongWithUs Come and join us as a Facilities Coordinator and be part of a hugely successful and friendly team.The Role: Although a bit of a cliche, as a Facilities Coordinator, no two days will be the same and you’ll quickly find yourself getting involved with areas such as maintenance of our property, administration of health and safety, and facilitation of colleagues on site.You’ll enjoy engaging with others and take great pride in creating an enjoyable and safe environment at our newly refurbished Head officeKey Responsibilities Ensure a clean, safe, functional, and pleasant environment in which people can workSupervise a team of cleaners ensuring the building is kept to a high standard at all timesRegularly inspect the building for maintenance issues - incl. Heating, Lighting, and Alarm systemsManage the main car park and EV charging pointsManage stock and reorder stationery and consumables for the buildingOversee passes for new starters and keep records of current staff up-to-dateAdhere to the companies safety policiesThis is a full time office-based role so you should be within commutable distance of our newly refurbished offices in Crick, NorthamptonshireYou: You’ll live and breathe our colleague-first ethos, with a proactive and trustworthy approach.
