Finance Analyst | Pontypridd | Hybrid, 3 x per week in office | £200 - £250 a day inside IR35

We are currently seeking a Finance Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, uncovering insights, and supporting strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, forecasts, and budgets
- Analyse financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Develop financial models to support business planning and investment decisions
- Collaborate with different departments to gather and interpret financial data
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
