Credit Controller- French Speaking

James George Recruitment Ltd are working with a well established company on their search for a French Speaking Credit Controller to join their team on a permanent basis.

Job Description

• Chasing customers for payment of arrears on failed DD’s
• Responsible for maintaining customer accounts with accurate notes and actions
• Liaising with Salesperson / Broker on their arrear’s customers
• Weekly ledger
• Liaising with recoveries team
• Instructing inspections
• Carrying out valuations
• Liaising with customers
• Running credit searches on companies and individuals
• Support manager with ad-hoc duties
• Provide reporting and commentary on month end
• Evaluations

Key Skills

• Speaks Fluent French
• Understanding of FCA regulations, advantageous
• Understanding of different lease types would be an advantage
• Knowledge of bankruptcies, IVA’s and liquidations.
• Experience of Experian and understanding of CAIS would be preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as using own initiative
• Good clear telephone manner
• Good knowledge of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Previous Collections experience required
