We're working with a leading manufacturer as they look to appoint a field-based Sustainability Manager. This is a high-profile role where you'll take the lead on sustainability initiatives across multiple sites in the Northwest, working closely with teams to drive progress towards key environmental and carbon goals.

This isn't a desk-based role. You'll be hands-on across operations, engaging with people at all levels of the business, from factory floor to boardroom, helping to deliver change that sticks. You'll have the full support of the senior leadership team and the opportunity to shape and influence the sustainability strategy from the ground up.

The ideal candidate will come from an FMCG or manufacturing background and bring a strong understanding of environmental practices within complex, operational settings.
