An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and enjoys ensuring operations run efficiently and smoothly.

You will play a key role in overseeing the safe, accurate, and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, while maintaining stock accuracy and driving strong team performance.

• Oversee all goods-in and goods-out activities
• Ensure accurate stock control, recording, and reporting
• Plan and coordinate daily receipts and dispatch schedules
• Support and provide cover for the Warehouse Manager when required
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping
• Complete all operational documentation accurately and on time
• Report accidents and near misses, implementing corrective actions where necessary

• Proven experience within warehouse operations
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of stock control processes and reporting systems
• Solid knowledge of Health & Safety practices
• Confident communicator with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Counterbalance or Reach FLT licence (desirable)
