* Proven experience recruiting white-collar roles within construction (QS, PM, Site Managers, Design, Commercial etc.)

* A self-starter who's confident developing and managing client relationships remotely

* Strong market knowledge and a track record of delivering results

* Compliance-savvy and able to manage the full 360 process
