Line Leader- Morning shift

We are recruiting for Line Leaders for morning shifts at our prestigous client in Clitheroe,

Previous experience would be benefitial however machine operator experience will be considered too.

Previous experience in food manufacturing is essential.

Duties will include but not limited to :

• Completing pre start checks on lines ensuring everything runs smoothly
• Set up the correct equipment for the line to work
• Able to perform changeover/cleaning in the allocated time frame
• Able to read production plan
• Ensure all equipment is in appropriate condition
• Making sure that all staff have the correct PPE
• Following sites health and safety
• Able to follow KPI's
• Able to input data into system
• Communicate with supervisors/managers

• Free on site parking
• Long service awards
• Staff shop every Friday

This is a permanent position

Rate of pay- £11.92 per hour, after successful training rate of pay will go to £12.52

Overtime available

5.30am start till 2.30pm
