Monday - Friday: 8am-4:30pm

Job Description:

Reporting into the senior engineering leadership team, you will play a key role within the Process Engineering and Maintenance department, ensuring equipment reliability, minimising downtime, and supporting production performance.

Key responsibilities include:

* Supporting the preventative maintenance programme

* Carrying out mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance on complex manufacturing equipment

* Maintaining factory services and infrastructure

* Supporting production through auxiliary equipment repair and refurbishment

* Assisting with maintenance and repair work on conventional, CNC, EDM, and laser-based machinery

* Ensuring all maintenance activities are completed to required schedules and procedures

* Promoting health & safety and ensuring PPE compliance at all times

* Identifying opportunities for process and method improvements

* Reporting equipment, process, or material concerns to management

* Completing all documentation in line with company procedures

Skills & Experience:

Essential:

* Time-served engineer / technician within a relevant manufacturing or engineering environment

* Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience across mechanical and electrical systems

* Experience working with complex automated or CNC-based machinery

* Strong awareness of health & safety standards

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Desirable:

* BS7671 Electrical Installation & Testing

* IPAF 3a / 3b

* Working at Heights / Harness Training

* IOSH Working Safely
