Are you an experienced RGN with a background in complex care? We have an urgent and rewarding opportunity to support a 37-year-old female client living with Kohlschutter-Tonz Syndrome - an exceptionally rare condition.
This is a unique long-term placement, offering continuity and the chance to make a real difference.
About the Client:

37-year-old female with Kohlschutter-Tonz Syndrome
*
Requires support with:
*
Ventilators
*
Tracheostomy care
*
PEG feeding
*
Epilepsy management (Buccal Midazolam administration)
*
Client resides at home with her parents and is supported by a Support Worker on every shift
What We're Looking For:
*
Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC registration
*
Experience with:
*
Tracheostomy and ventilator care
*
PEG feeding
*
Epilepsy and Buccal Midazolam
*
Reliable and compassionate professionals who are confident in a complex care home environment
*
Previous complex care experience essential - bespoke client-specific training will be provided
Shift Information:
*
Immediate, ongoing requirement for Saturday waking nights (10pm - 7:30am)
*
Additional rota gaps in June
*
All regular nurses off in November - we are recruiting now to ensure smooth induction and handover
