Change Manager (Finance)

We are working with a global organisation on their search for a Change Manager to support the rollout of a finance technology transformation programme.

This role will focus on taking the global change plan and translating it into practical, effective delivery for local markets. You will be responsible for assessing change impacts, shaping and delivering local change activity, and ensuring colleagues are supported through new systems, processes, and ways of working.

Key areas of focus will include:

• Leading change impact assessments across impacted business areas
• Translating the global change approach into a fit-for-purpose local plan for the UK and Ireland
• Designing and delivering training, communications, and engagement activity
• Supporting adoption of the new systems and ways of working
• Working closely with both global programme teams and local stakeholders to drive readiness and adoption
• Ensuring change activity is relevant, practical, and aligned to business needs on the ground

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in finance transformation change, ideally with exposure to Ariba, and a track record of delivering change within complex, global environment.
