Plumbing / Mechanical Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager with a strong background in plumbing and mechanical systems for a key role overseeing the delivery and compliance of MEP installations on-site.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Manage and enforce QA procedures for all plumbing and mechanical installations

*

Conduct regular inspections and quality audits

*

Ensure compliance with industry standards, specifications, and health & safety regulations

*

Oversee documentation and sign-off of works (e.g. test sheets, commissioning certs)

*

Collaborate with project and site managers to resolve issues

*

Lead snagging and de-snagging processes before handover

✅ Requirements:

*

Proven experience in MEP QA/QC, ideally with a plumbing background

*

Strong knowledge of mechanical building services and systems

*

Relevant certifications (e.g. SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS, NVQ Level 3 or higher in Plumbing/Mechanical)

*

Excellent communication and report-writing skills
