Specialising in refurbishment and fit-out projects across the South West, the company delivers contracts ranging from £500k to £10m across a variety of commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Full commercial management of fit-out and refurbishment schemes

Subcontractor procurement and negotiation

Managing budgets, valuations, variations, and final accounts

*

Supporting contract delivery from pre-construction through to completion

*

Reporting to senior management and contributing to commercial strategy

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a main contractor or fit-out environment

Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

*

Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Excellent communication and reporting skills

*

A proactive, team-focused attitude
