Care Home Cook - Mansfield

Pay: £13.78 per hour
Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 3-4 shifts per week
Location: Mansfield

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Care Home Cook to join our friendly team. You'll work alongside a Kitchen Assistant to prepare nutritious, high-quality meals for our residents in a warm and supportive environment.

About the Role

* Prepare and cook meals to meet dietary requirements and preferences

* Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety

* Work collaboratively with a Kitchen Assistant during each shift

* Manage kitchen operations efficiently

Requirements

* Level 3 Catering qualification (or willingness to sign up and complete Level 3)

* Minimum 2 years' catering experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment

* At least 1 year of experience managing people

* Strong knowledge of food safety standards
