Our modern care home has been decorated and facilitated to the highest standard, providing the highest level of Residential, Nursing, Respite & Dementia Care for 55-residents.

Care Assistant

  • £13.45 per hour
  • Contracted to 33 or 44 hours per week
  • Pension, Paid PVG, Uniform provided, On street parking
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full time contract

Role Overview
As a Care Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting residents with their daily routines, promoting independence and ensuring they feel safe, respected and valued. You will assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition and social engagement, while following individual care plans and working closely with the wider team.

This role is suitable for both experienced Care Assistants and those new to care. If you are new, full training and support will be provided to help you build confidence and develop your skills within a supportive environment.

Your role will focus on creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere, where meaningful interactions, reassurance and dignity are at the heart of everything you do.
