Day-to-day of the role:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver individualised lessons that cater to the specific needs of each student.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to engage and participate actively.
• Assess students' progress regularly and adapt teaching methods to meet their needs.
• Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
• Implement and manage classroom resources effectively to enhance learning experiences.
• Attend and contribute to training sessions and staff meetings to stay updated with the latest educational practices and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must be a qualified teacher with a valid teaching certification.
• Experience in special education is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the challenges faced by students with special educational needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents.
• Patience, creativity, and dedication to student development and education.
