Location: Loughborough
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 2:00pm - 12:00am
Pay: £12.82

Are you experienced in surface preparation? We're recruiting for a Workshop Operative - Paint Department to join our client's late shift team in Loughborough.

The Role:

Working as part of the paint team, your key responsibilities will include:

* Preparing sheet metal components for painting (Sealing, sanding, degreasing, masking)

* Identifying and correcting surface imperfections before coating

* Working closely with sprayers and quality teams to ensure high standards

* Maintaining a clean and organised prep area

* Adhering to all health & safety procedures

About You:

* Previous experience in paint prep or a similar hands-on role (automotive, fabrication, or industrial sectors preferred)

* Good attention to detail and a methodical approach

* Comfortable working with hand tools and in a fast-paced environment

* Able to work independently and as part of a team
