The Role

As a Housing Officer, you will:

* Manage a patch of properties, acting as the main point of contact for residents.

* Carry out estate inspections, tenancy audits, and home visits.

* Resolve tenancy issues including rent arrears, ASB (anti-social behaviour), and breaches of tenancy.

* Work closely with income, repairs, and support teams to deliver a joined-up service.

* Support vulnerable tenants, ensuring safeguarding concerns are identified and addressed.

* Enforce tenancy conditions through formal and informal action where required.

* Maintain accurate case records and update the housing management system.

About You

* Proven experience in a housing management or neighbourhood management role.

* Strong knowledge of tenancy law, ASB processes, and safeguarding.

* Confident in managing challenging situations and finding practical solutions.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Able to manage a varied workload in a busy environment.

* Available for an immediate or short-notice start
